With Tremolo being in the heart of Minnesota, it comes with a short construction season. Our teams work diligently throughout the construction season to complete as many homes as we can. If we don’t get to your home before the deep freeze hits, we will complete it when the ground thaws. We know the waiting period can be long, but we promise, the wait will be worth it!

What happens if I don’t sign up now?
Roads and neighborhoods without enough sign-ups may be delayed for fiber installation. Signing up early ensures your location is included in the first wave of construction.
When will fiber be available at my home?
Mainline construction will take place in 2025. Individual home connections are expected between Fall 2025 and into 2026. We will contact you as your home’s installation window approaches.
Will there be digging on my property?
Yes, our crews will perform underground work to install the fiber line. Before digging, Gopher State One Call will mark all public utilities, and we will work with you to plan the route during your property walk-through.
Can I upgrade my service after installation?
Absolutely! Once you’re connected, you’ll be able to choose from a range of Tremolo fiber internet packages to best fit your needs.
How do I sign up?
It’s easy! Visit connect.tremolo.net and complete the quick sign-up form. Our team will then reach out to you with next steps.
What if I have a sprinkler system, invisible dog fence, or private utilities?
Please let us know during your property walk-through. We’ll work with you to avoid damaging any private systems when planning the fiber installation route.
Will my yard be disturbed during installation?
Our goal is to minimize any disruption to your property. However, there may be some minor disturbance where the fiber line is buried. Crews will restore any disturbed areas as best as possible after the work is completed.
Is the fiber connection to my home permanent?
Yes! Once installed, the fiber line becomes a permanent connection to your home, greatly increasing reliability and future-proofing your internet needs for years to come.
What if I’m not ready to commit yet?
We encourage you to sign up now to avoid delays. If you choose not to sign up, fiber may not be installed to your home during the initial construction phase and additional fees may apply for future connections.
What is included in the $50 installation fee?
The $50 installation fee covers the setup and activation of your fiber connection inside your home, including installation of the necessary equipment.
Will I need any special equipment inside my home?
Tremolo Communications will provide the necessary equipment to connect your home to our fiber network. Our technician will install it during your scheduled installation appointment.
Can I keep my current phone number if I switch to Tremolo Communications?
Yes! In most cases, you can keep your existing phone number. Our team will help guide you through the number transfer process if you choose to add phone service.
