Customer Service Representative- Full Time
Tremolo Communications is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our subscribers. This position is responsible for assisting with billing inquiries, service requests, account updates, and general customer support, while also promoting and selling company services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable support for billing questions, new service requests, service plan changes, and general inquiries.
- Recommend, promote, and sell products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Prepare and distribute customer communications, including membership letters and welcome packets, ect.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Understanding of company technology, products, services, and policies.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and basic cashiering/bookkeeping practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
- Ability to accurately handle details and effectively contribute within a team environment.
- Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.
