Easier Way to Pay and Manage Your Monthly Bill

Tremolo is excited to announce the upcoming launch of an all-new bill payment system. This upgrade will provide you with a more advanced, flexible, and comprehensive bill-management experience. As a user of the current platform, we want to ensure you’re informed about how this transition will affect scheduled payments and other important changes:

  • Legacy Payment System Deactivation: The current payment system will be permanently retired, and all payment information, including future scheduled payments, will be securely and permanently deactivated.
  • Scheduled Payments Transition: Any active scheduled payments will automatically transition to the new system. However, if your credit card is nearing its expiration date, those payments will need to be re-established in the new system.

What is changing?  
Tremolo will introduce a new online customer payment portal and an expanded menu of payment options including credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and more.  

What payment methods and payment options are available?  
You can pay using: Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay, traditional checking and savings accounts, set-it-and-forget-it AutoPay. 

When will the new system be implemented?  
February 19, 2025 

If I am a pre-existing user of the former online payment system, will I need to re-register?  
No. Your account information will remain the same. AutoPay customers will notice that their payment is now processed by Paymentus. 

Can I set up AutoPay from the one-time pay portal?  
No. Customers must register for AutoPay within the new Customer Payment Portal.  

Where do I find my new bill?  
The new bill will be available via the Customer Portal and one-time payment portal.  

Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill?  
Yes, customers that are currently set up to receive a paper bill, will continue to receive them.  

How does Tremolo ensure payments, payment information and personal information is secure? 
All payment data and customer information is protected by our third-party billing and payment vendor Paymentus. For more information, please visit Paymentus.com/billing-payments/.  

What can I expect with recurring payments?  
Recurring payments are a convenient way to ensure your bill is automatically paid on time each month. Customers can register for free through the customer portal, select which day of each month to pay their bill and have it automatically debited via their preferred payment method. A confirmation is then sent to acknowledge the payment has been made.
